铁包覆盖剂

高炉出完铁水后，如果覆盖剂达不到使用要求，可能对炼钢工序生产带来影响：

1、温度

铁水由于覆盖剂保温效果差，造成铁水温度损失大，降低入炉冷料加入量。影响转炉炼钢生产和钢铁料消耗控制。

2、结壳

铺展性差会造成铁包结壳，结冷料，影响炼钢脱硫、扒渣工序，同时清包困难，降低铁包使用寿命。

3、环保

普通产品使用过程中产生的烟气量大，污染严重。

Iron Ladle Covering Agent

After the smelting of molten iron in a blast furnace is finished, in case the covering agent fails to meet relevant requirements, it may bring the following impacts on steelmaking:

1. Temperature

Due to poor thermal insulation effects of covering agents, molten steel has large temperature loss, which lowers the addition of cold metals in a converter and affects converter steelmaking and steel consumption control.

2. Skull

Poor spreadability will cause iron ladle skull and cold metal, which affects steelmaking desulfuration and slagging-off procedures, causes difficult ladle cleaning and lowers the service life of iron ladles.
