碱性预熔中包覆盖剂
钢水浇注到中间包后，如果覆盖剂达不到使用要求，可能对连铸工序生产及产品质量带来影响：
1、温度
钢水温降大且不稳定，影响连铸中包温度流控制，中包过热度差异大，影响恒拉速生产和生产节奏，甚至造成低温结流。
2、质量
发生二次氧化，上浮夹杂物不能溶解，起不到吸附夹杂物作用，影响铸坯质量。拉速频繁波动易造成卷渣，造成铸坯表面缺陷。
3、结壳
铺展性差会造成中包结壳，影响塞棒自动控制，不能实现定期中包排渣功能。
4、环保
普通产品使用过程中产生的烟气量大，污染严重。

Alkaline Premelting Tundish Covering Agent
After pouring molten steel to a tundish, in case the covering agent fails to meet relevant requirements, it may affect continuous casting procedures and product quality:
1. Temperature
The temperature drop of molten steel is large and unstable, which will affect the temperature flow control for continuous casting tundish; the large differences of tundish’s degree of superheat will affect constant casting speed and production rhythm, even cause low temperature throttling.
2. Quality
Secondary oxidation will occur; floating slag inclusions cannot be dissolved, which cannot absorb inclusions; in addition, molten steel and casting blank quality will be affected as well.
Frequent fluctuations of casting speed may easily cause slag entrapment and cause casting blank surface defects.
3. Tundish skull
Poor spreadability will cause tundish skull, which affects the automatic control of stoppers and regular tundish deslagging functions cannot be realized.
4. the environmental protection
The smoke and gas produced in the process of ordinary product use is large and the pollution is serious.
